NOLIMITS GUARANTEE TERMS

1,000,000 Organic Views in 90 Days

The NOLIMITS Guarantee is designed to reward clients who consistently follow the 90-Day Social Growth Program.

Eligible clients who fully comply with the participation requirements below and do not reach a cumulative total of 1,000,000 organic views during their 90-day program will continue to receive the applicable NOLIMITS Social Growth service at no additional service fee until the guaranteed view target is reached, subject to these Guarantee Terms.

This is a service-extension guarantee — not a money-back guarantee.

01ELIGIBILITY

The Guarantee applies only to clients who:

  • Have purchased and paid for the complete NOLIMITS 90-Day Social Growth Program.
  • Have completed the required preparation and onboarding process.
  • Have provided all required photos, voice recordings, information, approvals and other materials requested by NOLIMITS.
  • Have followed the personalized content and publishing strategy provided during the program.
  • Have maintained the agreed social media accounts in good standing throughout the program.

02PUBLISHING REQUIREMENT

To remain eligible for the Guarantee, the client must consistently publish the content created through the NOLIMITS program Monday through Friday throughout the 90-day program.

The client is responsible for publishing the content on the agreed social media platforms according to the strategy and instructions provided by NOLIMITS.

The client must not repeatedly skip scheduled publishing days or materially deviate from the agreed publishing strategy.

03CLIENT PARTICIPATION

The client must reasonably cooperate with the program, including:

  • Providing requested information and materials on time.
  • Attending or completing required onboarding and strategy sessions.
  • Providing approvals when required.
  • Following reasonable optimization recommendations.
  • Maintaining access to the agreed social media accounts.
  • Not intentionally taking actions that materially interfere with content performance.

04CONTENT AND ACCOUNT CHANGES

Content published as part of the program should remain publicly accessible during the applicable measurement period.

The client should not delete, archive, hide, privatize or materially alter program content without prior agreement with NOLIMITS where doing so could affect the measurement of results.

The client must notify NOLIMITS of material account restrictions, suspensions, platform warnings or other issues that may affect content distribution.

05HOW VIEWS ARE MEASURED

The 1,000,000-view target refers to cumulative organic views generated by eligible content published as part of the NOLIMITS 90-Day Social Growth Program across the agreed participating social media platforms during the applicable program period.

Organic views means views generated without paid advertising spend being counted toward the guaranteed target.

NOLIMITS may request reasonable access to analytics, screenshots or platform data in order to verify performance and eligibility.

06IF 1,000,000 VIEWS ARE NOT REACHED

If an eligible client has fully complied with these Guarantee Terms but has not reached 1,000,000 cumulative organic views by the end of the applicable 90-day program period, NOLIMITS will continue providing the applicable Social Growth service without an additional service fee until the cumulative 1,000,000 organic-view target is reached.

THIS IS NOT A REFUND OR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.

The remedy under the Guarantee is the continued provision of the applicable service as described above.

07LOSS OF GUARANTEE ELIGIBILITY

The Guarantee may no longer apply if the client materially fails to comply with the participation requirements, including repeated failure to publish Monday through Friday, failure to provide required materials or approvals, material deviation from the agreed strategy, removal of significant program content, or actions that prevent NOLIMITS from reasonably performing or measuring the service.

A minor isolated issue should not automatically invalidate the Guarantee. Eligibility should be assessed reasonably based on material compliance with the program.

08THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

NOLIMITS does not own or control Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other third-party social media platforms.

Platform algorithms, policies, outages, restrictions, account actions and other third-party factors may affect distribution and performance.

Nothing in these Guarantee Terms represents a guarantee of followers, customers, leads, revenue, sales or other commercial results.

09PROGRAM CONTINUATION

The initial $4,999 USD payment covers the initial 90-Day Social Growth Program.

Normal continued use of the NOLIMITS platform after the initial program may be available separately for $750 USD per month and is optional.

However, where a client validly qualifies for continued service specifically under the NOLIMITS Guarantee because the 1,000,000 organic-view target was not reached, the applicable guarantee service extension will be provided without an additional service fee as described in these Guarantee Terms.

There is no automatic $750 monthly subscription attached to the initial $4,999 purchase.
