01INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of services provided by NOLIMITS GROWTH SYSTEMS FZE LLC (“NOLIMITS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing or participating in the NOLIMITS 90-Day Social Growth Program, the client (“Client”, “you” or “your”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

The program is a professional personal-brand growth, content creation and coaching service designed to help clients increase their organic visibility and build their personal brand across social media platforms.

02THE 90-DAY SOCIAL GROWTH PROGRAM

The program is delivered over an initial period of approximately 90 days and may include:

• AI Digital Clone setup
• Personalized content strategy
• Short-form video production
• Multi-platform distribution strategy
• Personal brand positioning
• Performance optimization
• Analytics and reporting
• Personal Brand Growth Coaching
• Initial preparation and onboarding sessions
• Platform training

Specific deliverables may depend on the Client's business, positioning, available source materials and participation.

03PROGRAM PRICE

The standard purchase price displayed at checkout for the initial 90-Day Social Growth Program is USD $4,999 unless another price, payment arrangement, promotion or written agreement has been expressly offered to the Client.

The checkout page or payment provider will display the applicable payment amount before the Client completes the purchase.

Where an installment or payment plan is offered, the Client remains responsible for all payments agreed to at the time of purchase.

04OPTIONAL CONTINUATION AFTER 90 DAYS

The initial purchase covers the initial 90-Day Social Growth Program only.

After completion of the initial program, Clients may have the option to continue using the platform and content system for USD $750 per month.

Continuation is optional and is not automatically activated as part of the initial $4,999 purchase.

Any continuation service will be subject to the terms presented to the Client before activation.

05CLIENT ONBOARDING

After enrollment, the Client will be invited to schedule a Preparation Call.

During this call, NOLIMITS will explain the materials and information required to create the Client's AI Digital Clone and prepare the content system.

The Client may be required to provide photographs, voice recordings, brand information, positioning information and other materials reasonably required for the setup.

Once the Digital Clone and initial setup are ready, a second Zoom Onboarding Call will be scheduled.

During the onboarding session, the Client will receive guidance on using the platform, creating content and implementing the program.

06CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The effectiveness of the program depends partly on Client participation.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials in a timely manner.
• Participate in the required preparation and onboarding process.
• Review or approve content when reasonably required.
• Follow the agreed content and publishing strategy.
• Maintain access to the social media accounts required for participation.
• Comply with the terms and policies of the social media platforms used.

Participation requirements relating specifically to the NOLIMITS 1,000,000 Organic Views Guarantee are defined separately in the NOLIMITS Guarantee Terms.

071,000,000 ORGANIC VIEWS GUARANTEE

Certain eligible Clients may qualify for the NOLIMITS 1,000,000 Organic Views in 90 Days Guarantee.

The Guarantee is conditional and subject to specific eligibility and participation requirements, including consistent implementation and publication of the required content.

The Guarantee is a service-extension guarantee and is NOT a refund or money-back guarantee.

If an eligible Client satisfies the applicable Guarantee requirements but does not reach the defined organic-view target during the applicable 90-day period, NOLIMITS will continue providing the applicable Social Growth service without an additional service fee until the target is reached, subject to the full NOLIMITS Guarantee Terms.

08NO GUARANTEE OF BUSINESS OR FINANCIAL RESULTS

Except for the specific service-extension commitment described in the NOLIMITS Guarantee Terms, NOLIMITS does not guarantee any particular business or financial result.

Views, followers, engagement, leads, customers, sales, revenue and other commercial results can be influenced by factors outside the control of NOLIMITS.

Past performance, examples, testimonials or case studies do not guarantee identical future results.

09SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

NOLIMITS is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or controlled by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube or other third-party social media platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms may change their algorithms, functionality, policies, availability or terms at any time.

NOLIMITS is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, algorithm changes or other actions taken independently by third-party platforms.

10AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND DIGITAL CLONE

The program may use artificial intelligence to create or assist with video, audio, images, scripts and other content.

The Client authorizes NOLIMITS and its service providers to use materials supplied by the Client for the purpose of creating and operating the Client's Digital Clone and delivering the purchased services.

The Client confirms that they have the necessary rights to materials they provide to NOLIMITS.

The Client remains responsible for reviewing content before publication where approval is required and for ensuring that claims made about their own business, products, professional qualifications or services are accurate and lawful.

11INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Client retains ownership of the Client's original materials supplied to NOLIMITS.

Unless otherwise agreed, content specifically created and delivered for the Client under the program may be used by the Client for their own business and personal-brand marketing.

NOLIMITS retains ownership of its underlying systems, processes, methodologies, templates, software, workflows, training materials and proprietary know-how.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NOLIMITS proprietary technology or systems to the Client.

12PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

The Client agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorizes the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown and accepted at checkout.

Third-party payment providers may have additional terms that apply to payment processing.

13CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Because the program includes personalized strategy, onboarding, Digital Clone preparation and customized services that may begin shortly after enrollment, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the status of service delivery and applicable law.

Any refund or cancellation request will be assessed in accordance with applicable law, the services already delivered, these Terms and any applicable payment-provider requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The NOLIMITS 1,000,000 Organic Views Guarantee is not a money-back guarantee and does not independently create a right to a refund.

14CLIENT DELAYS

If the Client delays providing required materials, approvals, account access or other information necessary to deliver the program, program timelines may be reasonably adjusted.

Client-caused delays do not automatically create a right to a refund.

15PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

NOLIMITS and the Client agree to communicate professionally and cooperate reasonably throughout the program.

NOLIMITS reserves the right to suspend services in cases of abusive conduct, unlawful activity, fraud, misuse of the platform or serious violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

16LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOLIMITS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the program or use of third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

17FORCE MAJEURE

NOLIMITS will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including major technology outages, third-party platform failures, natural disasters, governmental actions or similar events.

18CHANGES TO SERVICES

NOLIMITS may reasonably update its tools, workflows, technology, platform or delivery methods where necessary to improve or maintain the service, provided that the fundamental nature of the purchased program is not materially reduced.

19GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdictional rules that may apply to a Client.
